Shettima visits Aisha Buhari, condoles family in London

Vice President Kashim Shettima has paid a condolence visit to Aisha Buhari, widow of former President Muhammadu Buhari, in London. Shettima also met with other members of the Buhari family during the visit on Monday. Buhari died on Sunday at a clinic in London, United Kingdom. President Bola Tinubu had directed Shettima to travel to London and accompany the body of the late Buhari. The former president’s remains was initially scheduled to arrive in Nigeria on Monday, but was delayed.
