Nigeria's Super Eagles Slip to 44th in FIFA World Ranking

Nigeria's Super Eagles have dropped one spot in the latest FIFA world ranking, falling from 43rd to 44th place. Despite strong performances in recent matches, including winning the 2025 Unity Cup in London and a 1-1 draw against Russia, the team couldn't improve their global ranking.Morocco tops the African rankings at 12th globally. Senegal and Egypt follow, Senegal is ranked 18th globally, while Egypt is 34th.The Super Eagles are now ranked fifth in Africa.
