Former Police Affairs Minister, Adamu Waziri Resigns from PDP, Joins ADC

Adamu Waziri, a founding member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Minister of Police Affairs, has resigned from the party. In a statement made at Dogo Tebo ward in Yobe State, Waziri cited the party's current leadership and tone as inconsistent with his expectations for a major party.Waziri expressed dissatisfaction with the PDP's leadership, stating that it does not offer members an alternative platform to exercise their right to choice in electoral contests.
