Rotimi Amaechi, former minister of transportation, has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC). Speaking with journalists in Abuja on Wednesday after the official adoption of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as the opposition coalition platform ahead of the 2027 elections, Amaechi said he resigned from the ruling party on Tuesday.
