Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has warned the North against backing the ex-Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi to clinch the opposition coalition’s ticket. Omokri alleged that Obi will not keep his promises to Northerners if they back him to become the coalition’s flag bearer and eventual winner in 2027. He was reacting to Obi’s remark that he would agree to be president for one term and handover to the North.
