NCoS suspends two personnel over attempt to process passport for inmate

The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) has suspended two of its personnel over an attempt to process an international passport for an inmate. In a statement, Umar Abubakar, NCoS public relations officer, said the misconduct was detected through the automated passport application and other holistic reforms within the Nigeria Immigration Service a fortnight ago. Abubakar noted that the detection was a result of inter-agency collaboration and cooperation.
