President Bola Tinubu says Kaduna has transformed from a toxic and insecure state to a hub of peace and development under Uba Sani, the governor. Tinubu spoke on Thursday before inaugurating a fleet of compressed natural gas (CNG) mass transit buses in Kaduna.
