Kogi State Government to Launch Rent-to-Own Housing Scheme for Civil Servants

The Kogi State Government has partnered with Mufkad Estate to deliver a rent-to-own housing estate for civil servants in the state. This was disclosed by the Project Manager of Mufkad Estate, Suberu Nusa, in an interview with newsmen on Saturday.This initiative aims to provide affordable housing options and alleviate the financial burden of rent on public sector workers.The housing units will be made available under a rent-to-own scheme supported by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, with flexible payment plans spread over 15 to 20 years at single-digit interest rates.The scheme is (…)
