Yusuf Tuggar, minister of foreign affairs, says Nigeria is an example of democratic stability in West Africa amid political turmoil in the region. He spoke through a statement issued Thursday by Alkasim Abdulkadir, his spokesperson, to mark the June 12 Democracy Day celebration.
