Nigeria’s 36 Governors Do Nothing But Collect Stipends – Agbakoba Slams State Leadership

Former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Dr Olisa Agbakoba, has said that the 36 state governors in the country are not doing anything. Agbakoba claimed that “all they do is go to Abuja and collect a stipend every month.” He stated this on Friday while fielding questions on Channels Television’s Politics Today programme. The senior lawyer suggested to President Bola Tinubu that he should assign responsibility by devolving political authority to the other tiers of government.
