Man Dies After Jumping into Well While High on Drugs in Kwara

A 43-year-old man named Kareem (also referred to as Kazeem) died after jumping into a well in the Edun area of Ilorin West Local Government Area, Kwara State, on June 06. According to reports, Kareem was under the influence of synthetic cannabinoids, locally known as Colorado, when the incident occurred.Kareem became erratic after taking the drug and jumped into the well shortly after returning from Eid prayers.The Kwara State Fire Service received a distress call at 10:29 am and quickly deployed firefighters to the scene.The firefighters successfully retrieved Kareem's body from the (…)
