Nigerian govt to hold Democracy Day lecture June 11

The Federal Government has unveiled its schedule of activities for the commemoration of this year’s Democracy Day, with a public lecture fixed for June 11. This was contained in a statement by the Director, Information and Public Relations in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation OSGF, Segun Imohiosen, on Thursday in Abuja. Imohiosen said the SGF, George Akume, has inaugurated an Inter-Ministerial Committee, IMC, for the 2025 Democracy Day Celebration, tasked with the responsibility of organising a memorable and befitting Democracy Day Anniversary.
