Protest hits Benue community over abduction of traders in Owukpa

Youths of Owukpa in Ogbadigbo LGA of Benue State on Monday stormed the streets to protest the recent abduction of traders in the area. DAILY POST reports that suspected armed men during the weekend hijacked a Benue Links vehicle and abducted several female passengers along the Owukpa–Orokam road in Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. near the Eyiupi community as the victims were traveling from Orba market in Enugu to Owukpa.
