Emefiele’s lawyers accuses Justice Oshodi of bias, demand recuse from ex-CBN Gov trial

Two Senior Advocates of Nigeria, SAN, Olalekan Ojo and Kazeem Gbadamosi have accused Justice Abdulrahman Oshodi of bias against the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Godwin Ifeanyi Emefiele and demanded that he recuse himself from further proceedings.Meanwhile, Justice Oshodi has fixed ruling for February 26 in the application asking him to recuse himself in the trial of Emefiele.At the resumed trial of Emefiele on Monday, the lead counsel to the former Governor, Mr Olalekan Ojo SAN, in an application asked the Judge to recuse himself from further hearing of the matter (…)
