Nasarawa Assembly screens seven commissioner-nominees

The Nasarawa State House of Assembly on Monday successfully screened seven out of the 16 commissioner-nominees submitted by Governor Abdullahi Sule on February 10 for confirmation as members of the State Executive Council.Those successfully screened include Princess Margaret Itake Elayo (Keana), Dr. John Mamman (Kokona), Hajiya Munirat Abdullahi (Doma), Barrister Isaac Danladi (Karu), and Dr. Ibrahim Tanko (Keffi).Others are Umar Tanko Tunga (Awe) and Comrade Gabriel Agbashi (Doma Local Government Area).We earlier reported that the House suspended the screening of a returning commissioner, (…)
