Sanwo-Olu ends work-from-home policy for Lagos workers

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos, has ended the work-from-home policy for civil servants, directing all workers to resume full on-site work on April 1. On February 22, 2024, the governor ordered civil servants from level 1 to 14 to work from their various offices three days a week, as part of efforts to ease the economic hardship on them. In September 2024, Sanwo-Olu extended the work-from-home policy by three months due to the rising cost of living.
