Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, officially swore in Umar Farouk Ibrahim as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) on Monday.The ceremony took place at the Governor’s Office and was officiated by the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr.
